Natural Church Development

Our Vestry made the decision to follow the Natural Church Development program as a means to facilitate church growth. We have been developing all the ministries of our church in areas that relate to the eight characteristics of growth. These areas are empowering leadership, functional structures, gift-oriented ministry, holistic small groups, inspiring worship, loving relationships, need-oriented evangelism and passionate spirituality. We are pleased that our membership is becoming aware of their individual spiritual gifts and using them in areas that benefit not only the church, but also bring personal satisfaction as well. We are always looking forward to developing new ministries.
